The Orthopedic Operations Area (VO) is one of Sweden's largest orthopedic operations, and we currently have about 500 employees. We operate in Lund and Malmö and have two clinics and three care departments, two of which are located in Malmö. In the departments, both elective and acute patients with orthopedic problems are cared for. The operation also includes a clinic for physiotherapy and occupational therapy. We are in a development phase where we are working in several ways to expand and improve the quality of our care offerings. For example, we are transitioning to a modernized operation with close care, digital transformation, and much more!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a medical secretary with us in the orthopedic operation, you will have many points of contact in a workgroup characterized by an open climate, great engagement, and a good atmosphere. Your tasks include journal writing, referral management, diagnosis registration, monitoring patients, and coordinating with other instances. You will be present at daily pulse meetings and follow the patient's journey through care.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with an approved education in health and medical care administration, 80p KY or 400p YH, or equivalent approved medical secretary training. You have good knowledge of medical terminology and master the Swedish language well in speech and writing. Since we work and document in Melior, MedSpeech, and Pasis, it is advantageous if you have previous experience with these systems. We welcome both those who are new to the profession and those who have previous experience.
Personal qualities that are highly valued include having a sense of service, integrity, and understanding the importance of handling information professionally. You are an organized person and can prioritize your work if necessary. You enjoy working both independently and together with others. We place great importance on personal suitability.
